Pastor and Apostle Doris V. Rice is a powerful Teacher in the Body of Christ. She and her husband, Apostle Lee F. Rice are Pastors of Victory Christian Outreach Church in University City, Missouri where they also have a successful television and radio outreach ministry. Apostle Doris and her husband have been married for over 37 years and have three wonderful children, an absolutely wonderful grandson and beautiful granddaughter. Apostle Doris Rice is a highly successful entrepreneur opening and operating several Christian Daycare Centers throughout Saint Louis metropolitan area. She has also developed a home healthcare agency specializing in care for senior citizens. And currently she operates a professional catering company with services in constant demand throughout the community.
Apostle Doris conducts seminars, workshops, evangelistic meetings and has traveled throughout the country teaching and preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She is the president of Women of Destiny International Ministry, made up of women ‘hooked to the vine producing fruit’ and women ‘going places being effective for God.’ Women of Destiny International Ministry are women bound together for the sake of the Gospel and by using the sword of the Gospel learn how to break the chains of the enemy in the lives of sisters in Christ. Apostle Doris Rice is also the founder and president of Christian Women’s Network a powerfully anointed collaborative effort of local five-fold women ministers joined together to effect the lives of men and women in our communities by meeting their natural and spiritual needs. The mission of Christian Women’s Network is to build a network of hands on and referral opportunities that will assist families in securing vital community resources for men, women and children.
Apostle Doris Rice’s mission in life is quite clear—-to accept God’s call to equip His people with the spiritual weapons necessary to the pulling down of strongholds that keep Christians in bondage. Apostle Doris has a down-to-earth approach to the Word of God which has touched the lives of many Christians wherever she travels. Her vision is for every man and woman in this earth will come to the realization that God has created them for a divine purpose and a particular function in the Body of Christ. Apostle Doris believes that this will only be accomplished through the saving grace of Christ Jesus and our ultimate decision to pursue God with a whole heart so that we will know His perfect will for our life.
