Apostle Lee F. Rice

Apostle and Pastor Lee F. Rice has been married for over 30 years to Apostle and Pastor Doris V. Rice.  Together thay have 3 daughters, Daphne, Nicole and Brytanni, one grandson, Darrion and one granddaughter, Kerrington.

In 1980, Pastors Lee and Doris Rice relocated to Tulsa, Oklahoma to attend Rhema Bible Teaching Center.  After two years of intense training in the Word, Pastor Rice was directed by the Spirit of God to return to St. Louis to begin the work God called them to do.  They served as Singles Ministry Pastors and Youth Directors with Hope Church for one year.  In September of 1983, Pastor Rice began Victory Christian Outreach Church in University City, Missouri where they began a successful television and radio outreach ministry.

Pastor Rice has a down-to-earth approach to the Word of God which has touched the lives of many Christians wherever he travels.  He has been called to equip God’s people with the spiritual weapons necessary to the pulling down of strongholds that keep Christians in bondage.  God has given Pastor Rice a mandate to pursue unity in the Body of Christ.  His heart is set on unifying the Five-fold ministry and lay people alike.  He believes that together we can accomplish God’s ultimate vision in the local churches in this city and throughout the world!
